Both Kai Havertz and Ben White scored for Arsenal during their behind-closed-doors friendly with Watford on Saturday.
Mikel Arteta and his Arsenal squad travelled out to Singapore on Saturday afternoon for their pre-season tour ahead of the 2025/26 Premier League campaign.
But not before they took part in a training ground friendly at London Colney against Watford. Arteta was able to use many of his senior squad but amid links to the signing of a brand new striker, Viktor Gyokeres, it will be the man the Swede will compete with who has shown his hand.

The training ground clash was played behind closed doors, with no media or cameras allowed to witness it, but football.london has found out through various sources what happened.
Arsenal won the match 2-0 on the day with goals from right-back White, who continues to play in place of Jurrien Timber who is still recovering from an ankle surgery. Havertz though was the story of the afternoon and amidst the transfer talks for Gyokeres, the German managed to get on the scoresheet too.
He, like Gabriel Magalhaes, has returned from a hamstring issue. The German required surgery to fix the problem and made his return before the end of the previous season.
Arteta remains a big fan of Havertz despite desires to sign a striker, but the player's role could be due another change with the Swedish forward targeted. Arsenal will now play five more friendlies: AC Milan, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, Villarreal and Athletic Club before their first Premier League match of the season against Manchester United.
