Whatsapp New Feature: WhatsApp constantly introduces new features to improve the privacy of users. In such a situation, according to a recent update, WhatsApp is testing a special feature in its Android beta version. This new feature is related to media saving, with the help of which the photos and videos sent will not be automatically saved in the receiver's device. However, this feature has not yet been rolled out to all users.
What is this new feature?
For information, let us tell you that with the help of this feature, now users will get more control over the chat than before whether the media they send is saved in the other person's phone or not. Let us tell you that till now the files sent by WhatsApp were automatically saved in the receiver's device, but after this update, the user will be able to decide for himself whether to keep the auto-save option on or off.
How will the new feature work
This new feature coming on WhatsApp is somewhat similar to Disappearing Message. Under this feature, the user who sends will be able to decide whether his sent photo, video or message can be saved by the receiver or not. This will not only prevent media files from being saved but it will also not be possible to export or forward the entire chat.
Use of Meta AI
For information, let us tell you that if the user turns on this privacy setting, then he will be considered a part of 'Advanced Chat Privacy'. After this, he will not be able to use Meta AI in that chat. At present, this entire system is in development and testing stage and soon it can be rolled out for all users.
