Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): A journalist was severely injured after a speeding car hit his scooter from the wrong side and dragged it for 100 feet in Gwalior on Saturday.
The entire accident was captured on a CCTV camera installed in the area. The footage shows the journalist riding his scooter when a car, coming from the wrong side, crashed into him and dragged the scooter for around 100 feet. A crowd quickly gathered to help the injured journalist.

According to information, the accident occurred in the Murar area of Gwalior.
The journalist, identified as Raghav, was riding his scooter when a speeding car, coming from the wrong side, collided with him. The force of the impact threw him several feet away, while his scooter was dragged for nearly 100 feet by the car.
The incident occurred in the CP Colony area when Raghav was on his way to meet someone.
The car, a white Celerio, fled the scene immediately after the crash. Locals helped the injured journalist and rushed him to the hospital, where doctors confirmed his condition to be serious.
He suffered multiple fractures in both legs and underwent surgery.
The CCTV footage clearly showed that the journalist was not at fault. The footage revealed the car driving on the wrong side of the road and crashing into Raghav.
Police acted quickly, identified the car through the CCTV footage, and arrested the driver, Ashish Mishra, a resident of CP Colony.
The car was seized, and the driver is currently under questioning. Police have called the incident a case of serious negligence and wrong-side driving.
Raghav's condition remains critical, and he is being kept under close medical observation.
