A total of 190 positions have been announced under this recruitment drive, including 130 for credit managers and 60 for agriculture managers.

A bachelor's degree in any subject with a minimum of 60% marks is required. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates will receive a 55% marks relaxation. Those with a CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are also eligible to apply. A bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, dairy, animal husbandry, forestry, veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering, or fisheries is required. 60% marks are required, while 55% is sufficient for reserved categories.

Applicants must be between 23 and 35 years of age, i.e., born no earlier than September 2, 1990, and no later than September 1, 2002. Age relaxation will be provided to the reserved categories as per the rules.

The fee for General, OBC, and EWS candidates is ₹850. The fee for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates is ₹100.

Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹64,820 to ₹93,960. In addition, allowances such as DA, HRA/Leased House, CCA, medical benefits, LTC, and other allowances will be provided as per bank regulations.
