Then grind all three of them finely and make a powder and let it dry in the sun again so that the moisture is completely removed. Now store this powder in a clean glass bottle. For consumption, boil a pinch of churna in a glass of water and drink it when it becomes lukewarm. However, before consuming it, definitely consult an Ayurvedic doctor.
