Keith Duffy was forced to pull out of Friday's interview on due to a heartbreaking reason.
Hosts Adil Ray and Charlotte Hawkins had geared up for a chat with Boyzlife duo Brian McFadden and Keith, 50, about their new single.
Yet sadly only Brian, 45, carried the interview as Charlotte, 49, shared the reason behind Keith's absence.

She told viewers: "Well, Brian McFadden joins us now, good morning to you, and Keith was going to be here but we know he's just had a bereavement so he's not with us today."
Brian explained: "Yes he was, he's lost one of his friends, so he's gone back to Ireland" prompting Charlotte to express: "I'm sorry, sending our love in that case!" Keith has yet to address the sad news himself, reports .

Brian, formerly of Westlife, and Keith, formerly of Boyzone, formed Boyzlife in 2016, bringing together their talents after successful music careers.
Brian was part of Westlife from 1998 to 2004, while Keith was part of Boyzone from 1993 to 2000, before pursuing acting and joining as Ciaran McCarthy from 2002 to 2011.
