Former Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing has opened up about his hopes and plans to start a family. The 36-year-old reality star - who is also the founder of confectionary company Candy Kittens - has been married to fellow reality star Sophie Habboo, 30, since 2023.
Fans of will recall watching and Sophie falling for each other on camera - as love bloomed between them while they were on the show. Jamie starred on the series form 2011 until 2020, while Sophie joined the cast in 2017 and starred until 2022.
The couple ultimately began dating in 2019 and married at a lavish ceremony in Spain four years later. Now it appears the couple are looking ahead to their future - and have shared their hope to start a family.

In an interview with Jamie explained he had previously been scared of having children but changed his mind when seeing how other people had been made to feel complete by becoming a parent. He explained: "I was really scared about kids.
He continued: "It's something you can't control. Sophie would then carry a baby, all these different things that I can't control and, 'Oh God, what happens if this happen or that happens?'
"But I saw a clip on where someone said, 'The best thing I ever had is being called Dad.' I was like, 'Oh, wouldn't that be cool?' So now I'm so down for it. I would like to have loads."
Interviewed alongside his wife, the couple revealed that they hope to have four children together. The latest insight into the romance comes four years after Jamie shared naked details about their life at home.
He previously said: "Home is where I feel most comfortable being naked," he said. "Not that I walk around starkers all the time but my girlfriend, Sophie, would say otherwise.
"We moved into our rented west London flat last summer. It has two bedrooms, so when we argue we can move into different rooms. There’s no outside space but we’re near Notting Hill, which has a fun community vibe, lots of cool shops, great cocktails and food. There’s an incredible little Greek restaurant called Mazi that is one of the most delicious places [to eat] in the ."
The couple have allowed fans into their relationship and in March 2022 launched their NearlyWeds podcast as they counted down the days until they became married.
They were officially married in April 2023 with a ceremony at Chelsea Town Hall in South West London. This was ahead of their extravagant ceremony in Spain the following month.
Marking the Town Hall wedding, Sophie wrote in an Instagram post: "Forever 14.04.23" alongside a white heart emoji. While Jamie added: "We got married!! England Wedding done now bring on Spain!"
Marking their marriage with an Instagram post, Jamie wrote: "It happened….. 'To find true Love you must first find a true Friend.'
"What an amazing night. I want to say thank you to all of our family and friends who came and have had to put up with all of our content over the past year." And on their podcast page, they added: "THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES 20.05.23" alongside a wedding ring emoji and a red heart emoji.
