Married At First Sight UK returned to our screens on Sunday night with the first batch of contestants tying the knot with complete strangers. The first episode already descended into chaos when a groom left his bride in tears after his 'cringe' outburst during the wedding reception.
Dean and Sarah were the first 2025 couple to tie the knot, but straight off the bat, Sarah realised she wasn't attracted to her groom. Before she even laid eyes on him, her friends told the cameras how he was so far from her type. However, the feelings weren't mutual for Dean, who liked his bride so much, that he even rapped for her during their vows.
Sarah and viewers at home were left cringing during the E4 show. "I don't fancy Dean. I'm so sorry," she later told the cameras.

The show may have started off rocky, but a teaser for the next episode revealed a sweet moment between two grooms on their wedding day.
In the clip that aired at the end of the show, bridesmaids dressed in all black were seen walking to their seats before the camera panned to one groom, Davide, standing at the altar waiting to meet his new husband.
He let out a huge breath as he nervously waited to meet the stranger. Keye, his new partner, was clinging onto his pal as he walked down the aisle before exchanging vows.
With dramatic music playing, viewers were left on the edge of their seats hoping the duo would like who they were matched up with.
When Davide finally turned around to meet Keye, they both breathed a huge sigh of relief as the crowd laughed. One of them said: "I'm so nervous". The two introduced themselves and hugged before Davide asked: "How are you?"
Keye admitted: "Good. Very, very, very nervous," and added to his new husband: "You look amazing," as Davide complimented him back. Keye continued: "This is calming."
Earlier this month, the 18 hopefuls who are stepping out of their comfort zone with a complete stranger were revealed and the new series has gone international with it’s cast members.
Joining the line-up are groom Davide, 33, who hails from Portugal and bride Julia-Ruth, who is a professional dancer, coming all the way from New Zealand in a bid to find love.
Married at First Sight UK continues on E4, Sunday to Thursday at 9pm.
