He told : "I told Scottie when I saw him in Butler Cabin, I said I am not serving burgers next year! I am not sure, I have a year to think about it. But hopefully I will come up with a unique menu and a menu that all the past champions will enjoy."
McIlroy's victory at the Masters came as a huge relief after so many failed attempts. He came second to Scheffler in 2022, fifth in 2020 and 2018 and fourth in 2015.
He said the key to his win this time around was working out how to handle the pressure of playing at Augusta despite an expectant crowd watching on.
"It has been a lot. Coming in here pretty much being the centre of attention at The Masters every time you tee it up and not in a good way, in a pretty pressure-packed way.
"I think each and every year I have come here I have learned how to handle that burden a little bit better. I wish I had done it sooner! It took me a while to figure it out but thankfully I have been able to get over the line in the end."
McIlroy is now eyeing up even more honours as he bids to push on from his famous tournament win. He added: "There is a lot of left to play this year. Next major is at Quail Hollow, somewhere I have loved for the most part of my career.
"The Open at Portrush. The Ryder Cup at Bethpage. There is a lot of golf left this year and I have gotten off to a great start, obviously. I can’t wait to keep it going."
