Joe, 43, who shares Rex, five, Rosie, three, and one year old Belle with Stacey, spoke about the challenges of parenting. The actor, who also has a 17 year old son Harry with ex Emma Sophocleous, confessed that his biggest "battle" each day is managing his time between work and home.
"Honestly, the biggest battle in my life is timekeeping. Whether I've got to get the kids to school on time, pick them up on time, get dinner on time, get to bed on time, get to work on time, I am always one step behind time," he admitted.
Throughout the episode, Joe and Stacey had heart-to-heart conversations in front of the cameras, where they were open about their relationship, conflicts and family life.
Describing the reality of their home life, Joe said: "We're like two swans floating down the river, we look all elegant and lovely on top but underneath we are kicking like mad!"
In a candid confession, Stacey, who is a mum to Zachary, 17, and Leighton, 12, from previous relationships, then said: "We are barely afloat!"
Meanwhile, the popular pair shared that they handle disputes in their own unique ways and also hold "different ideas" on parenting and enforcing discipline with their kids, reports .

Stacey confessed she "doesn't have time" for prolonged arguments, while Joe disclosed that he tends to ruminate over conflicts, particularly when he feels "hard done by".
"We don't resolve arguments," Stacey declared. "I don't have enough time to carry on an argument. So, it's like we've said our piece, done. I've got a million other things to do."
On the flip side, she pointed out that Joe has a tendency to "wallow in self pity" for a "good few days" after they've had a spat.
