This beautiful town in has stolen the hearts of Brits and even bagged the title of one of Britain's best.

Farnham is not only a great place to visit but has been named among the best places to live in the UK in the 2024 Muddy Stilettos list.

The "elegant" town was hailed for its "abundance of character", the award said, as reported by .

If you plan to visit the area, seeing Farnham park is a must-do. It's a perfect place for an autumn walk and is loved by locals and visitors alike.

One guest on Tripadvisor said: "What a delight to take my daily walk in such a lovely wild setting.


"There is a wonderful variety of trees with two playgrounds for children. One of them is a terrific adventure playground with some 30 to 40 activities.

"You can find deer, rabbits, squirrels and wild birds to see as you . There are good views of Farnham castle and a nice little tearoom beside the cricket ground and the little golf course. Or you can just switch off and count the number of different breeds of dog out with their owners for their daily exercise."
