Blanco revealed on The Jennifer Hudson Show earlier this month that Gomez had never attended her high school prom. Wanting to give her the experience, he planned a surprise prom-themed evening, complete with a mall photo shoot, limo, and formal attire.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Blanco posted a heartwarming behind-the-scenes video, simply captioned “wow” and gave fans a look at all the cute activities he set up for her during the day. From suiting up, to waiting to meet Selena down the stairs, posing for a cheeky photoshoot and zooming around the city in their limo, the video played, set to the classic tune “Just the Two of Us.”
Gomez wore a dramatic purple high-low gown paired with black tights, booties, and a dramatic faux fur coat. Blanco matched her energy with a black tux and bowtie. The couple posed for classic prom-style portraits in front of a backdrop.
