Mr. Faisu adresses fake Twitter account scandal

Khatron Ke Khiladi fame and Social media sensation Mr. Faisu has taken to his social media account to address a pressing issue regarding an impersonation scam. He shared how someone has been impersonating to be him on Twitter. Moreover, he mentioned how when he tried to get in touch with the person using the account, he tried to scam him of money.


In a recent post, Faisu revealed that a fraudulent account has been spreading misinformation, falsely claiming to represent him. Faisu clarified that he has only one official account on the platform, which has around 12,000 followers and is not verified. Though he is not very active on Twitter, he was made aware of the impersonation and initially attempted to contact the individual behind the fake profile. However, the person running the fake account tried to scam him for money, prompting Faisu to cut off communication.




He wrote, “I want to address an important issue that has come to my attention. There is an account currently spreading misinformation and falsely claiming to represent me- essentially pretending to be me. Please do not believe any content from this account, as it is not authentic. To clarify, I have only one official account on Twitter (or X), with around 12,000 followers. This account is not verified, and I am not very active on the platform. When I discovered the impersonation, l initially reached out to the person operating this fake account. However, they attempted to scam me for money, so l immediately disengaged. Please help me report this fraudulent account to have it taken down, as it is spreading misinformation. I am also taking legal action and filing a police complaint to address this matter formally. Thank you for your support and understanding.”




Fans made it to his social media handle expressing their support in him. He thanked his supporters for their understanding and urged them to remain vigilant against such scams. Faisu’s fans have been quick to show their support, with many rallying to report the account and raise awareness of the situation.
