While fans are still amazed at how well the 40-year old is able to move flawlessly on the court, James’s former teammates know the secrets behind his impeccable fitness. In the recent episode of Nightcap Show, which is hosted by NFL legends Shannon Sharpe and Chad Johnson, James’s former teammate, Mario Chalmers spilled the tea on the player's fitness.

“He's always got something that's recovering. And when you see that, that's when you know that's a different type of dedication,” said Chalmers.
He further went on to reveal that James always used to take care of his body while in the club. Whether it's putting on stimulators, ice packs on knees, hamstrings, or back, he always used to take utmost care of his body to ensure that he's all fit while on the court.
“Once somebody is doing that, like that's real dedication to just be in the club with treatment, ice therapy or whatever.”
Chalmers went on to praise James by saying that he always gets treatment while in the club. The level of dedication that James has for the game clearly shows in how he treats his body post-match.
LeBron James joined the Miami Heat in 2010 and played for four seasons, whereas Chalmers was with the team from 2008 to 2015. Both players took the team to victory during the NBA championships in 2012 and 2013, establishing a legacy for future players.
LeBron went on to play for Cleveland Cavaliers from 2014 to 2018 and then switched to the Los Angeles Lakers. He has been with the Lakers till now and is considered as one of the most valuable players of the team. Meanwhile Chalmers switched teams, and played his last game for the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies.
