DHAKA: Bangladesh's interim govt congratulated Wednesday Donald Trump on his victory in the US presidential race with a call to explore the "endless possibilities" of strengthening Dhaka-Washington ties, less than a week after he denounced mob attacks on Hindus and other minorities in the wake of ex-PM Sheikh Hasina's ouster and declared "it would have never happened on my watch". Yunus expressed his eagerness to "work together" with Trump to further strengthen the bilateral partnership.
